A deposit equal to the first night's lodging is required at the time of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay and cash. Sorry, no checks.
Cancellation policy. Your deposit is refundable (minus credit card fees) if cancelled on or before 4:00 p.m. the day before check in. After that time, the deposit is nonrefundable. (Note that holidays and other special weekends may have a different cancellation policy. The cancellation policy indicated on your booking email has priority over these general guidelines.)
We are a walk-up building without porter service.
We welcome children but advise that the Inn has open hardwood stairs that may be tricky for younger children. Furthermore, it is not baby proofed or set up for kid fun. For those with small children, we suggest booking the Magnolia Suite on the 2nd floor which includes a second bedroom attached to the Magnolia Room. Guests are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Breakfast is served at 9:00 am in the first-floor dining room. We are happy to comply with any dietary requirements or restrictions. Just let us know in advance, please.
The Inn is home to our cat, Henry, who is the real owner here and our new poodle puppy, Imogene aka Idgie.
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive so we can meet you and show you to your room. Check out time is 11:00 am. There is free parking on the Inn side on both Myrtle Street and 11th Street.
Smoking or vaping in designated outside areas only.
Any party or gathering at the Inn must be prearranged with the hosts.
